Samantha Watkins, Owner/Manager
Samantha believes conflict brings opportunity for positive change. As a professional mediator for more than 15 years, she has mediated over 500 disputes. Through Solve, she provides coaching and mediation services to people in conflict, offers workshops to improve communication and conflict resolution skills, and facilitates advanced seminars for those who want deeper learning and practice. Samantha co-teaches Mediation at the Monterey College of Law for students enrolled at the San Luis Obispo, Monterey, and Kern County campuses. She is a member of the Association for Conflict Resolution (ACR) and the former Director of Creative Mediation, San Luis Obispo County’s nonprofit community mediation center. Sam has trained and mentored hundreds in the art of facilitative mediation. In her world, effective and productive communication is the key to resolving the unresolvable.
