Cancellation and Refund Policy

Solve Consulting and Mediation LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. If a refusal is made prior to the receiving of services, a full refund will be issued. If a mediation or coaching session in-process must be ended by the mediator or client(s) for any reason, no refund will be issued.

If Solve Consulting and Mediation LLC must cancel a session due to emergency or time conflict, an offer to reschedule will be extended. If the offer to reschedule is rejected, a full refund will be issued.

All sales are final. Clients may reschedule with reasonable notice. If a client wishes to cancel and provides at least 12 hours’ notice, a full refund will be issued. Refunds are not provided for services that have already been delivered.
