Initial Consultation
An opportunity for us to briefly review the issues that are bringing you to a mediator and for you to hear and ask questions about our services to determine if they are a good fit.

Coaching session
A confidential, one-on-one session between you and a conflict resolution expert. Coaching helps you gain perspective on your conflict, make decisions about next steps, and learn key communication skills to navigate a difficult conversation. This does not include mediation.

Mediation session
A trained mediator facilitates a productive and effective conversation for parties in conflict who are seeking resolution and closure. Fees are per session, not per hour. Mediation sessions are held in the afternoons on weekdays. Mediations with complex circumstances or requiring customized scheduling may be arranged at a fee to be determined.
