Exploring the dynamics of a conflict can be challenging. Whether we meet by phone, online, or in person, preparing for what to expect will make the most of your valuable time.
Online
I have been successfully seeing clients online for consults, coaching, and mediation since March of 2020. Zoom is a secure video conferencing platform allowing me to provide services to clients from anywhere using their computer or smartphone. The process is easy, and you can schedule an appointment directly online. There are a few things that can help you get the most from online sessions:
• Log on from a comfortable space where you have privacy and are relatively free from distractions.
• Log on a few minutes early.
• Have any items you may want nearby (tissues, earbuds, water, etc.)
• When possible, allow for a few minutes after the session to take a breath and redirect your thoughts.
By Phone
Consults and Coaching Sessions are often done by phone. When scheduling, be sure to share the exact phone number that you want me to call on the day of our session. Find a space where you can talk privately as we often discuss confidential matters.
In-Person
Due to the current circumstances , I am providing all services via phone or Zoom. If an in-person meeting is required, we can discuss location options that will include arrangements for safe-distancing and privacy concerns.
